Hey, hi, hello!
MY NAME IS ISABELLA
I’m a painter and graphic designer from Montana, where the landscapes and lifestyle have had a lasting influence on my creative work. I earned my BFA in Graphic Design and cultivated my passion for painting during my time at Montana State University. My practice blends traditional illustration techniques with modern visual language.
Outside of visual art, I’m deeply interested in ancient Greek history and mythology, particularly the way classical ideals influence art, design, and storytelling. I’m drawn to the contrast between order and intuition—how ancient Greek art emphasized calculated harmony and proportion, much like Western landscapes demand both structure and surrender. This duality informs my process: I value precision and refinement, but I also leave room for spontaneity and organic forms to emerge.
In recent years, I’ve lived in Montana, Northern California, and now Colorado—each place offering its own kind of visual and emotional inspiration. Whether I’m painting or designing, I draw from rolling hills, quiet moments, and everyday details to create work that resonates with my community and beyond.
